Motorbikes / Quads
In the past, motorbike riders have had a raw deal. They have been offered tyre sealants that do not properly suit their machines. Now all that has changed.
OKO offers not one but Three different types of tailored motorbike tyre sealant –
1. OKO (500ml bottle) for On-Road Motorbikes, Mopeds & Scooters. Treats 2 moped/scooter tyres, or 1-2 motorbike tyres depending on size. Also for use in motorised rickshaws. Speed rated to 80mph/ 130km/h.
2. OKO (1250ml bottle) for Quad Bikes – for on and off road use – from farming: to racing! Treats 4 tyres of most quad sizes.
3. OKO XT (800ml bottle) – for the toughest Off-Road Racing Enduro & Motocross conditions. Seals punctures and slits. NO OTHER sealant comes close. Treats 2 enduro/motocross tubes or tubeless tyres. Way cheaper than mousse: much easier to fit: does not harm the ride.
They all last for the legal life of the tyre, unlike many others which need replacing after a few months. OKO instantly seals multiple punctures with minimal loss of air or sealant. Even if the hole is too big, it helps slow down the pressure loss, allowing you to stop the bike safely.
OKO helps keep tyres at their correct pressure, for safer riding & fuel saving. It is certified environmentally safe, containing rust inhibitor; it will not damage rims, wheels, tyre casings or inner tubes.
Rigorously tested in all conditions: functional in extreme heat and cold.
The OKO motorbike and quad bike tyre sealant range is suitable for use in most tyre types – tubed, tubeless, road, off-road etc., and for all conditions. Do not use in low profile tyres, tyres of V rating or faster, wheels/tyres fitted with internal TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems), or with chrome wheels (chromed finishes are very fragile and any chemical may damage them: OKO is safe for use with steel and alloy wheels, including polished alloys).
The sealants are easy to apply with the valve core remover and filling tube supplied in every bottle – and they are also all available in 25 litre drums with calibrated drum pumps for workshop use: so get proper puncture protection for your machine.
Heavy on Road
For HGV fleet owners and the commercial tyre specialists that supply them, an effective truck puncture prevention and tyre life extension system has become essential. No-one can afford to miss a just-in-time delivery: downtime prevents successful operation.
Likewise, bus and coach operators know just how disruptive and expensive it is to have a vehicle stopped with a puncture. Recovery is time-consuming and ruins the whole day’s schedule.
OKO RTG tyre sealant for Heavy Goods Vehicles is the solution. It is specially designed to prevent punctures and lengthen the life of faster-moving tyres with the greater heat that builds up inside them. In a matched 5-month test in two identical container tractor/trailer units, the OKO-equipped tyres had 20% less tread wear on average than the non-OKO tyres. The steer tyres had 40% less tread wear.
OKO RTG provides a permanent seal with negligible loss of air pressure. It is a speed-rated puncture protection treatment that can seal multiple punctures as you drive, thus allowing commercial tyres to remain operational for longer. It is water-based and rinses out harmlessly, allowing remoulding to take place.
Easy to apply from its 25 litre drum and pump, OKO does not adversely affect handling or ride characteristics and by helping to avert slow punctures when running it tends to keep tyres at their correct pressure, thus maximising fuel economy.
Off Road and All Terrain
Driving a tractor over a ploughed field or a forklift over rough terrain, you’ll be glad you fitted the original and best off road tyre sealant and tyre life extender.
OKO ‘Off Road’ Heavy Duty can be found in the toughest environments in the World, so there’s nowhere that it won’t go.
You can ‘Fit it and Forget Punctures’ in the tread area of the tyre.
Designed to seal punctures up to 10mm in diameter (it can often achieve more depending on tyre size, use and conditions).
OKO ‘Mining’ Xtra Heavy Duty is for the harshest locations of all, in mines, quarries, waste management sites and tough construction site conditions: it will seal 20mm+ holes and slits in big tyres.
Best used tubeless: but will function with inner tubes. In a new test in Canada on a forestry truck with tyre temperature sensors, the OKO-treated tyres were 11.5% cooler inside than the matched non-OKO tyres. Coupled with the reduced porosity of the tyre treads, that adds up to a huge improvement in tyre life: better even than non-sealant ‘tyre life extender’ products. The owner/driver even reported improved ride characteristics over the rough gravel tracks!
For most applications, replaces the need for solid fill: much cheaper, lighter and does not worsen the ride (quite the opposite, see above…)
Can be used on road up to 80 km/hr (50 mph).
Lasts the life of the tyre: will not dry out or separate unlike some others. Washes out after use.
Buy Off Road in 1.25 litre bottles for smaller vehicles: or 25 litre drums plus application pump for larger vehicles or multi-vehicle use.
Light on Road
Van drivers have deadlines to keep. Caravans can be deadly if they get a puncture. 4x4s have to face on and off road conditions. They need OKO Puncture Free ‘LCV’ On Road.
Car owners often have no spare wheel, or don’t want to change a wheel. The solution to their puncture emergencies is OKO Get-u-Home™: it does exactly what it says.
OKO On Road LCV is available in a 1250ml bottle (or in a 25 litre drum for workshops and tyre bays). It is designed for use in –
• Vans and other Light Commercial Vehicles of less than 5 tonnes
• 4×4 vehicles that also travel at high speed on road
• Caravans, horse boxes, boat trailers and other light trailers

*OKO On Road LCV preventative tyre sealant is suitable for use in tubeless tyres only. Always balance all fast-moving wheels before applying sealant. Do not use in low profile tyres of 40 profile or less, tyres of V rating or faster, wheels/tyres fitted with internal TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems), or with chrome wheels (chromed finishes are very fragile and any chemical may damage them: OKO is safe for use with steel and alloy wheels). Millions of cars are now being sold without spare wheels, so owners no longer have the ability to change a wheel when they get a puncture. Instead, the car companies offer an aerosol sealant spray in a can – which rarely works: the sealant is too weak to seal a normal hole and the air in the can is insufficient to reinflate the tyre. Or, the car manufacturer offers a kit with a compressor and a bottle of sealant. These OEM kits are usually very cheaply made – the compressor is not powerful enough and the sealant has a shelf life so that just when you need it, it will not seal the hole.
Then of course there are also millions of drivers who do not know how to change a wheel, or do not want to.

Bicycles
Bike users told us that there was a gap in the market. Many riders have discovered the need for a bike tyre sealant, but conventional latex-based tubeless bike sealants are weak, they dry out rapidly into nasty rubber balls, and need to be cleaned out. While most water-based tube sealants have not been developed with bicycles in mind.
After years of development and testing, OKO introduced a ground-breaking range of bicycle tyre sealant products at Eurobike in 2010, and launched in Asia at the Spring 2012 Taiwan show. At Eurobike 2013, OKO took bike sealant performance to a whole new level, and further range additions came in 2014, and in 2015 where World Cup Mountain Bike and Cross Country team Habitat for Humanity also announced its selection of OKO as its sole tyre sealant supplier. So at Eurobike 2016 we announced more exciting developments for the 2016/17 season, and we are in discussion with several new country distributors – contact us if you want to join them… Meanwhile we are proud to announce that Madison, the UK’s leading bicycle trade distributor, has launched its Nutrak brand range of bike sealants in collaboration with OKO, at its iceBike 2016 show. So the three OKO bike sealants are now available from dealers all around the country.
OKO Puncture Free (all-purpose On/Off Road) and OKO X-Treme (for off-road MTB/XC/Downhill use) are now lighter and smoother than ever, and represent an advance in puncture sealing performance compared to any competitor. They are both perfect for tubes (and for full UST tubeless conversions). They last the life of the tyre.

The OKO Tyre Sealant Injector is a patented syringe device that can cleanly and accurately dispense sealant (or other liquids), plus it contains a double screw fitting for both Presta and Schrader valves. Now in 60ml and 150ml barrel sizes to work with all tyre types.
And exciting news about OKO Self-Sealing Bike Inner Tubes – now in all the most popular sizes, including 29 inch MTB and NEW FOR 2016/17 – 27.5″ MTB and 700C Road Race tubes, with long 48mm valves including high quality removable-core Presta valves. Military
If a product has been tested, approved and used by the Military and Government Institutions, you can be sure that it works.
OKO was the only tyre sealant to achieve a SEATO part number following extensive tests, leading also to NATO approval.
It is in use in theatre and support roles all around the world. The leading armed forces procurement websites feature OKO and it is on the first page of Google for military vehicle puncture prevention searches.
OKO has been trialled and used by (among others) forces of the UK, Australia, Nigeria, Morocco, Denmark, Finland, Jordan and Algeria and has seen service in the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts.
